Registration Process

The Registration Process of Care4Animal

Welcome to Care4Animal! Below, we explain step by step how to register and make use of our services. The process is simple and designed to support you in caring for your birds/pigeons as best as possible.

Step 1: Registration

The process starts with purchasing a subscription through our website, Med4Pets or Dovital. After registering, you will receive a starter kit. This kit includes all the necessary materials, along with clear instructions on how to use them. Additionally, the costs for the veterinary examination are already included in the package.

Step 2: Sending Test Materials

In the starter kit, you will find detailed instructions on how to correctly perform the tests. Next, visit the website care4animal.eu, where you fill out an online form. This form helps the veterinarian gain more insight into your situation and that of your pigeons. Once you have completed the tests and filled out the form, you send the test materials back to the provided address.

Step 3: Submitting Test Results

After conducting the tests, send them back to the return address provided in the package. Ensure all forms are correctly and fully completed to avoid any delays in processing.

Step 4: Analysis and Reporting

Once the veterinarian has received your test materials, the results will be analyzed. If there are any health issues, you will be notified via your preferred communication method: phone, email, or WhatsApp. You can specify your preference during registration.

Step 5: Under Veterinary Treatment

Your account status will be updated to “Under Veterinary Treatment,” granting you full access to our product catalog and allowing you to easily submit requests and analyses.

For a smooth process, we recommend carefully filling out your contact details during registration. If you have any questions about any of the steps, feel free to contact our customer service at [email protected]. We are here to help!

Note: Your account will remain “Under Veterinary Treatment” for 12 months, after which it needs to be renewed.
